Pensacola Symphony Office
The Pensacola Symphony office is located on the second floor of Tivoli House in the Historic Pensacola Village. Though the building does not have an elevator, we will make every accommodation for our patrons. Please call our office to make arrangements.
Saenger Theatre
The Saenger Theatre is fully accessible for patrons with disabilities. For designated disability seating, please call the PSO office to help you make arrangements for tickets or call the Saenger Theatre Box Office directly at 850.595.3880.
Seating and Tickets
Accessible seating is located in multiple locations on the Orchestra and Balcony levels. On the Orchestra level, Rows V, BB, and DD are reserved for accessible seating. In the Balcony, the accessible seating is located adjacent to the Grand Tier in the Loge seating.
There is also seating in the Orchestra Level that allows for patrons to transfer out of their wheelchair by lifting the arm. Please contact the Saenger Theatre Box Office to purchase the specific seats for transfer.
Accessible seating can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com, by calling the Saenger Theatre Box Office at 850.595.3880 during normal business hours, or in person at our box office.
In addition to accessible seating, there are areas that are reserved for persons with sight and hearing impairments.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Saenger Theatre provides Assisted Listening Devices for persons that need hearing enhancement. Please see any Saenger Theatre Usher to request a device. The equipment that is used at the Saenger Theatre for hearing enhancement is an FM receiver with foam-covered headphones or a loop coil. Please ask for an Usher Supervisor to check out the receiver.
Elevators
Elevators are provided in both the Palafox Lobby and the Intendencia Lobby. This provides access to the first level of the balcony only.
Accessible Parking
The Saenger Theatre does not have a parking lot adjacent to the venue. There are three on-street public ADA parking spaces near the Saenger.
A two-hour, free ADA parking spot directly in front of the Saenger on Palafox Place Two, meter-paid ADA parking spots on Jefferson Street on both the East and West sides of the street South of Intendencia. Use the Intendencia Street entrance if parking in these spots.
In addition to the on-street parking, there are ADA parking spaces in the Jefferson Street Parking Garage, on Jefferson just North of Romana, and in the Intendencia Street Parking Garage on Intendencia Street just west of Palafox.
