Ticket Policies

From refunds and exchanges to lost tickets, let us help you take care of what you need to enjoy your experience.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for any ticket purchased or received, but most tickets are eligible for exchange. We are happy to help you find another concert that might interest you!

Exchanges

Single tickets can be exchanged for another event (excluding Special Event concerts) for a $3 fee in addition to any difference between the value of your exchanged tickets. For subscribers, this fee is waived. Original tickets must be returned to the PSO office 3 days prior to the performance date. All exchanges are subject to availability, and seat locations cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Tickets

Lost your ticket? Don’t fret! We keep records of ticket purchases, so just give us a call at the Symphony Office at 850.435.2533, and we will arrange for your admission to the concert. If you don’t realize that they are missing until the evening of the event, just come to the Saenger with your ID, and we can help you at the Box Office.

Ticket Donations

Unable to use your ticket? Drop it by our office and receive a tax-deductible credit for your donation. Donated tickets must be received the Friday before the performance.

Ticket Fees

MAILING

When requesting that tickets be mailed to your address, there will be a $3 mailing fee.

Subscriptions

A $9 processing fee will be charged to each subscription order.

Returned Check Policy

A $35 charge will be incurred by the patron for any check returned to the PSO. This amount must be paid in cash in person at the symphony office.
