Fifth Grade Concerts
For more than four decades, we have welcomed fifth-grade students from Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties to the Saenger Theatre for a full concert created especially for them.
A Cultural Experience
Each year, nearly 6,000 fifth grade students from Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties join us for concerts at the historic Saenger Theatre. For many of them, it will be the first time that they have been to the theatre or experienced a live performance. These concerts, designed specifically for this age group, focus on diversity in music and accompany curriculum that teachers can implement in their classroom prior to the performance.

Beyond the Stage
From an introduction to music through an instrument petting zoo to the comfort of music in a healthcare setting, these recurring experiences, provided by small groups of PSO’s professional musicians foster encouragement, joy, and connections in key moments.
