Beethoven & Blue Jeans

Dress up or dress down for this annual celebration of Ludwig van Beethoven, under the baton of guest conductor Laura Jackson. This rousing program features the composer’s Fifth Symphony along with Gioachino Rossini’s Overture to Barber of Seville and Jimmy López Bellido’s Fiesta! Four Pop Dances for Orchestra. Ray Ushikubo joins the orchestra as soloist on piano for Felix Mendelssohn’s First Piano Concerto and violin for Camille Saint-Saëns’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso.
