Mozart Madness

First Baptist Church of Pensacola provides the setting for our annual celebration of Mozart, featuring the composer’s Symphony No. 29 and Sinfonia concertante, a special piece featuring Concertmaster Leonid Yanovskiy and Principal Viola Audrey Naffe as soloists. Our soloists have a particularly enduring connection, with Yanovskiy serving as Naffe’s teacher from her pre-collegiate years through her time as an undergraduate student and now as colleagues in the PSO. This marks Yanovskiy’s 25th season as concertmaster with the orchestra.
