Students who have been playing their instrument for at least 2 years are invited to the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra summer workshop on July 19 and 20, 2024, at First Baptist Church, Pensacola. String, woodwind, brass, and percussion students will experience playing together as a symphony orchestra.
This year, our 2-day workshop will be led by Dr. Daniel Stevens from Mississippi State University. Students will also work with musicians of the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra and local music educators and perform for family and friends. Lunch, snacks and a t-shirt will be provided.
Questions about the workshop may be directed to Julie Martin Green at jmartingreen@pensacolasymphony.com.
The cost of the workshop is $50.
Registration is open May 1, 2024 – May 30, 2024.
